Job Description

What kind of person are we looking for?
Strong data-first analysts who are passionate about working with data and building systems that will provide data availability for an organization that’s growing at scale. If you’re a curious mind and constantly questions the status-quo, then you’d fit right in with us.

What would you get to do in this role?
● Be an integral part of defining the data consumption strategy across the org. You’ll also
● monitor performance trends and influence any interventions, based on performance.
● Collaborate closely with the engineering, and product functions to understand the data
● flow and architecture, and find out the best tech solutions from an Analytics standpoint to
● build scalable data models.
● Define processes and best practices when it comes to data modeling, consumption,
● querying and reporting
● Become SME in the tech stack being used across the different analytics functionalities
● and become the go to person for unblocking any tech boundaries
● Mentor other analysts in the team; play an active role in hiring process & new team
● members’ onboarding process

What do you need to have to apply for this position?
● 1-3 years of data analytics experience in relevant roles
● Data handling, data modeling & data flow understanding is desired
● Intuition for data and ability to handle big data sources
● Working knowledge in Excel
● Ability to clearly explain thoughts and ideas either verbally or in the written form.
● Knowledge on SQL and Python is a plus
● Knowledge in BI tools like QlikSense, PowerBI and Tableau is a plus.
