Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment operations while ensuring compliance with company hiring processes.
- Schedule and conduct intake calls with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage job postings across recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial screening and introductory calls with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and panel discussions.
- Follow up with hiring managers for interview feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Share application status updates and interview feedback with candidates.
- Verify candidate documents before issuing the Letter of Intent (LOI).
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely offer letter release after LOI acceptance.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate hiring experience.
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring documentation.
