Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Associate Software engineer to scale and build the next generation of ecommerce marketplace platform with features like SaaS subscription commerce, regional pricing configurator and more. You will be operating as a hands-on team member working closely with Product Owners and Engineering peers to design, develop and deploy architectural components.
In this role you will….
- Design and implement user-facing features considering rendering time and reusability of UI components.
- Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale.
- Support diverse clients from high powered desktop computers to small footprint mobile devices.
- Write client-side code for web-based applications, create fast, easy-to-use, high volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly.
You have got it what it takes…
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in React JS experience.
- Knowledge and experience with web programming in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge and experience with web programming architectures that utilizes web services, e.g. RESTful, SOAP.
- Knowledge and experience with JS frameworks: React, GoJS , angular, polymer, node.js and/or bootstrap.
- Significant experience developing user-facing software.
- Experience engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity.
- Development experience designing object-oriented JavaScript.
- Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques. An understanding of the principles of accessibility and can build products that are accessible to users with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
- Consideration for privacy and security obligations.
