Job Description

An International Process role involves handling customer inquiries via calls and emails from various countries, including the U.S., UK, Canada, and Australia. Responsibilities include providing product and service support or technical assistance, helping customers resolve their issues efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good logical reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Ability to engage with customers through calls or chat and effectively address service-related queries.

Salary & Work Schedule:

• Voice Salary: INR 3,00,000 – 5,60,000 LPA + Incentives + Goodies
• Non-Voice: INR 2,40,000 – 2,80,000 LPA + Incentives + Goodies
• Age Requirement: 18 to 33 years
• Work Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 days off
• Should be flexible with shifts(Night and Rotational Shift)
