Project Role Description : Creates production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools such as a platform for a project or product. Deploys the automation pipeline and automates environment creation and configuration.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary: As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for creating both production and non-production cloud environments utilizing appropriate software tools tailored for specific projects or products. Your typical day will involve deploying automation pipelines and automating the processes of environment creation and configuration, ensuring that all systems are optimized for performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to build knowledge and support the team. – Participate in Problem Solving discussions. – Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team efficiency. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud environments. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. – Good To Have Skills: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management. – Understanding of automation tools and scripting languages. – Experience with environment configuration and deployment processes. – Knowledge of best practices in cloud security and compliance. Additional Information: – The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. – This position is based at our Gurugram office. – A 15 years full time education is required.
